COCKTAILS TO MAKE WITH THIS COCKTAIL ATOMIZER SPRAY BOTTLE SET

The Sazerac

Ingredients:

Directions:

Combine all ingredients– except the absinthe– into a mixing glass, add ice, and give a good stir to mix. Use the mister spray bottle to spritz a rocks glass with the absinthe; then add a large ice cube, and strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with a zested lemon peel.

The Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • ¾ oz Egg White
  • 3-4 Drops of Bitters (or 2 Spritzes)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients– except the bitters– into a shaker tin. Dry shake (without ice) for 7-10 seconds; then add ice, and shake again for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass.

Garnish with the drops of bitters atop the foam using the eyedropper bottle, and swirl them together with a toothpick or cocktail pick to create a design. Alternate suggestion: Using a stencil (or not), spritz the bitters across the top using the cocktail atomizer.

 

Corpse Reviver #2

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Gin
  • ¾ oz Lillet Blanc
  • ¾ oz Cointreau
  • ¾ oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 Spritzes of Absinthe

Directions:

Combine all ingredients– except the absinthe– into a shaker with ice. Shake for 7-10 seconds. Spritz absinthe into coupe or Nick & Nora glass with the atomizer spritz bottle, and then strain the cocktail into the glass. Add an optional zest of lemon or orange, or spritz more absinthe on top if you want to kick up the flavor.
