Old Fashioned with a Fruity Twist

This is a very simple variation on the classic Old Fashioned cocktail. We’ve simply swapped in a blackberry syrup and added cinnamon tincture to add flavor and spice. It’s not an overly fruity drink – it’s well rounded, and the subtle sweetness of the blackberry complements the warmth of the cinnamon, making it a perfect pairing with the rich notes of whiskey.

Because of its warmth, I’d probably suggest this one as more of a “fall” drink (but who am I kidding – I’d drink this anytime!)

This one does take a little extra TLC since it includes homemade blackberry syrup and a cinnamon tincture. While they take extra time to make, these elements add a lot of complexity that really bring this drink to life!
