I am very particular about the pen I use (the customer can use whatever happens to be in the cup by the POS). Hooray for Pilot G-2!
While grocery shopping, the kids (9 & 11) and I will say “we’re 86 on [whatever] at the house.”
Also when I’m about done cooking, they call out “Expo!” to claim it.
Oh my gosh, brilliant! I am absolutely using these when we have kids …
I think the comment about we own the city during the day is also true after the shift walking down the streets of the city and we have the streets all to ourselves. There is nothing like the fresh cold air in the winter after being couped up for 10 hours inside.
Oh Chris I do the communication in public places as well. I can’t think of how many times I have said “corner”
Or “behind you ” in grocery store. My girlfriend had to figure it out. At first, she was wondering why I would do it.
