It’s that time of the month again! So here’s our contribution to Mixology Monday and it’s all about Anise!

Thanks, Nick from The Straight Up for hosting this month!  Using our Flavor Library, I made Star Anise bitters and made a take on a Manhattan cocktail

Before creating your own bitters, make sure to read Darcy O’Neills Warnings on Infusing Tobacco. The warnings can apply to the most seemingly harmless ingredients as well, like cherry and peach pits. Be careful when making any infusions or extractions and know the ingredients you are working with especially if you are serving these to guests.

Check it out!

Thank you, MxMo!

Our gratitude to Nick from The Straight Up and I can’t wait to see all of the Anise cocktails out there!
