Think you’ve mastered the Old Fashioned? Prove it in the Old Fashioned Cocktail Contest presented by Elijah Craig and VinePair. Submit your unique twist on the classic from September 1 to November 3, 2025, for a shot at $15,000, national recognition, and a feature in Elijah Craig’s Old Fashioned Week Cocktail Companion: Volume 3.
Open to legal U.S. residents (excluding a few states), this multi-stage competition will take 10 semi-finalists to a video round, and five finalists to Louisville, KY for a live showdown in February 2026. Your cocktail must include at least 1 oz. of Elijah Craig Small Batch or Straight Rye and follow a few simple format rules. Full details and entry form are available here.
