The 2023 Sustainable Cocktail Challenge 2023 by Flor de Cana is an international competition meant to motivate bartenders & their employers to incorporate eco-friendly practices and sustainability into their daily operations.
To enter, visit www.flordecanachallenge.com and register your bar & your original, sustainable cocktail, following the steps outlined in the entry form. To be considered eligible, the sustainable cocktail must be on your bar menu for one month.
Cocktail submissions will be judged virtually by expert panelists, and winners will then advance to the local finals in Miami, Austin, and Los Angeles in October. Local winners can then compete in the 2024 Global Final in Nicaragua for the title of World’s Most Sustainable Bartender, a cash prize of $10,000 (US), and “other surprises.”
