Olmeca Shot Ring Competition
Hosted by Olmeca Tequila
Inspired by the theatre and vibrancy of Lucha Libre, the Olmeca Shot Ring competition challenges teams of bartenders worldwide to get creative with their very own shot-tails and accompanying drinking rituals. Participants are encouraged to capture the high-energy of nightlife culture and experimental flavours of cocktail culture, whilst showcasing the versatility and fun, spirited essence of Olmeca Tequila.
This year, bartender teams are invited to upload videos – showcasing their experimental shot-tails and high-energy routines – directly to the Olmeca Shot Ring platform. Entries will close on June 15th, when consumers will be prompted to go online and vote for their favourite. The most popular entries from each country will then advance to the semi-finals on June 24th, where they will go head-to-head against the winning entries from other countries.
The two entries with the most votes will proceed to the global final, which will take place between July 1st-July 8th – the Olmeca Shot Ring champion will be announced on July 9th. To enter, go here: https://shotring.olmecatequila.com/.
The winning team will have a chance to win an all-expenses-paid trip to Tomorrowland (pending government guidance), a visit to the Altos distillery in the heart of Los Altos, Mexico OR a cash prize of equivalent value.
