Hip Sip’s Battle Of The Modern Bartender

The International Restaurant and Foodservice Show of New York is back, with their in-person event taking place on March 6-8 at the Javits Center in New York City, and they’re looking for the best cocktail featuring coffee! Showcase your skills by submitting your best, most unique Espresso Martini, Irish Coffee, Carajillo, White Russian (the list goes on), or create your very own coffee cocktail! Chosen finalists will battle on the Center Stage for the chance to win:
- $1,000 USD
- Bragging rights
- Exposure to over 100 media outlets
- A commemorative glass plaque
Bartenders will be judged on creativity, use of product, taste, presentation, and flair, featuring guest judges Art Sutley (Savage & Cook Distillery); Mia Mastroianni (Bar Rescue); and Phill Wills (Bar Rescue, The Spirits in Motion).
