As we talked about in the previous video there are cocktails we shake and cocktails we stir. We’re going to break down some stirred cocktails, why we stir them, the importance of why we stir, and take some of those techniques and put them into practice.

The Negroni

An Italian classic designed to be sipped and savored with deep complexity and a lightly bitter finish.

The Manhattan

A classic as dignified and deeply rooted as the city it’s named after.

The Old-Fashioned

Appropriately dubbed because it remains one of the oldest so-called cocktails out there, when people wanted this classic whiskey cocktail over a century ago they ordered it the “Old-Fashioned” way.
