Stainless Steel Care Instructions
All of A Bar Above’s stainless steel products are safe to wash in any home or commercial dishwasher.
Copper Finish Care Instructions
Hand wash only.
In order to keep the beautiful copper finish on your tools, please hand wash all copper tools.
Gold Finish Care Instructions
Dishwasher-safe for all home dishwashers!
Commercial Dishwashers:
Safe for “High Temp” commercial dishwashers, but not “Low Temp” (which use strong chemicals).
If your commercial dishwasher uses a “High Temp” (wash at 150 degrees, rinse at 180 degrees) without strong chemicals, you can safely wash your gold bar tools in it.
If your commercial dishwasher uses strong alkali detergent, (like sodium hydroxide or the sanitizing compound quaternary ammonium) please DO NOT wash your tools in your dishwasher. These types of chemicals are not safe to use with your A Bar Above tools, as they can strip the gold finish. In this case, hand wash only.

Plastic Care Instructions

Natural Wood Care Instructions
Hand wash only. We recommend washing natural wood products in warm, soapy water.
To extend the longevity of the tools, you can rub natural oils like mineral oil, beeswax or cutting board oil on the finish, but this is not required.
