Teeling’s with Tea Cocktail
This take on the Fizz cocktail pairs Teeling’s Irish Whiskey with the aromatics of black tea.

Teeling’s Irish Whiskey

Lemon Juice

Black Tea Simple Syrup

Egg White

dashes
Barrel Aged Orange Bitters

Soda Water
Earl Gray Simple Syrup Ingredients

Sugar

Water

Tea Bag - Earl Gray Tea
(Use Irish Breakfast Tea for a more "Irish" cocktail!)
Instructions
Cocktail Instructions
Add all ingredients-- except soda water-- to a cocktail shaker without ice, and “dry shake” to froth the egg white.
Add ice and shake again.
Double strain into a highball glass without ice, and top with soda water.
Black Tea Simple Syrup Instructions
Boil the water, and add the tea bag.
Let it steep for 5 minutes, & then discard the tea bag.
Add 1 cup of sugar, and stir until it has dissolved.
Cool before using.
