Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Gin Bourbon Barrel Aged Big Gin
  • .50 oz Amaro Amaro Montenegro
  • 1.0 oz Lemon Juice
  • .75 oz Simple Syrup
  • .75 oz Egg Whites
  • 4 dashes Bitters Angostura
  • 3 oz Juniper Soda Dry Sparkling Juniper Berry

Instructions

  • Add amaro to the bottom of a Collins glass.
  • In a cheater tin add lemon juice, simple syrup, gin, and egg whites.
  • Dry shake to add volume to egg whites.
  • Add ice and shake to chill and dilute.
  • Add crushed ice to the amaro filled Collins glass.
  • Fine strain gin and egg white mixture over the crushed ice.
  • Add juniper soda.
  • Add the bitters and garnish with a lemon twist.
