Cocktail Instructions
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice and shake well.
Add ice and shake again.
Fine strain into a coupe glass.
Grate fresh cinnamon across the top.

Crunch up the cinnamon sticks with a rolling pin or mallet to break them into smaller pieces.
Add cinnamon sticks into the bottle of bourbon.
Wait 3 weeks or until it tastes ready.
Fine strain and store.
