Zombie Punch Cocktail Recipe

A large format version of the classic drink "the Zombie," this punch is perfect for any spooky Halloween party! (Note: This yields about 52 ounces.)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup White Rum
  • 3/4 cup Dark Rum
  • 1/8 cup Absinthe
  • 1 cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 cups Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 cup Grenadine
  • 1/2 cup Cinnamon Demerara Syrup
  • 5 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 cup Cold Water or 1 small bag of ice

Instructions

  • Build in a punch bowl or drink dispenser, pouring in one ingredient at a time and stirring after each ingredient is added to make sure the cocktail gets mixed together thoroughly.
  • Garnish the punch bowl with ice and cubes hollowed-out lime halves with brandied cherries for zombie eyes.
  • Serve individual punch in a tall glass if possible, garnished with mint sprigs.
