Zombie Cocktail Recipe
This classic tiki cocktail is a real killer, mixing 3 kinds of rum with absinthe and fruit juices.

Equipment
- 1 Bitters Bottles optional, for bitters
- 1 Ice Hammer for crushing ice
- 1 Lewis Bag for crushing ice
- 1 Atomizer Set optional, for spritzing Absinthe if you prefer
Ingredients
- 1 oz Caribbean Aged Rum Dark Rum
- 1 oz White Rum Golden Rum
- 1 oz Overproof Rum Wray & Nephew, or 151-Proof Rum
- 1/2 oz Felarnum Liqueur
- 1/4 oz Absinthe
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1/4 oz Grenadine
- 1/4 oz Orgeat Syrup
- 1 bunch Fresh Mint Garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into your cocktail shaker with ice cubes, and shake for 15-20 seconds.
- Double strain into a tiki or Hurricane glass filled with crushed ice (or highball glass if you don't have the others).
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
