White Negroni

It’s like a Negroni, but a bit lighter and with a nice hint of orange.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces Gin
  • 1 oz Lillet
  • 0.5 ounce Suze Gentian Liqueur or Cocchi Americano Blanco
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters
  • 1 twist Lemon

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
  • Stir 10-15 seconds until well chilled & diluted; then strain into a chilled rocks glass with ice cubes (or one large format cube).
  • Garnish with a lemon twist.
