Ingredients

Cocktail Ingredients

  • 2.0 oz Vodka
  • 1.0 oz Xylitol Ginger Simple Syrup
  • 4.0 oz Soda Water
  • .50 oz Lime Juice

Xylitol Ginger Syrup Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Hot Water
  • 1/2 cup Xylitol
  • 1/2 inch Ginger

Instructions

Cocktail Instructions

  • Combine the vodka, lime juice and ginger simple syrup into a copper mug.
  • Fill with ice.
  • Top with soda water and stir.

Simple Syrup Instructions

  • Remove skin from the ginger piece (or keep it on if you want a really spicy ginger syrup).
  • Add to a blender along with the hot water.
  • Liquify and fine strain.
  • Add xylitol and allow to cool.
