South of the Border Fizz

This cocktail reinforces the cooked agave flavor of reposado tequila with agave nectar. Add in some lime juice, egg whites and beer and you have a fun, fragrant cocktail.

Equipment

1 4 Piece Craft Bar Set
1 Fine Mesh Strainer
1 Cocktail Straws
1 Hand Juicer
1 Pour Spout
1 Bar Blade optional opener
1 Wine Opener optional opener

Ingredients

1 oz Reposado Tequila
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Agave Nectar
3/4 oz Egg White
Top Orange flavored beer, or any pilsner
1 stick Cinnamon Freshly grated on top

Instructions

Combine tequila, lime, agave nectar and egg white and dry shake to emulsify.
Add ice and shake to chill and dilute.
Fine strain into a highball or Collins glass.
Top with beer.
Grate fresh cinnamon on top.
