Pepperotini
This is like the Dirty Martini's naughty cousin. Earthy, spicy and a little funky, it's a great drink for anyone who appreciates a savory drink.

Ingredients
- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 1/4 oz Pepperocini Brine
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 dash Celery Bitters
- 1 ea Pepperoncini Pepper for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir.
- Strain into a pre-chilled Martini glass.
- Garnish with a pepperoncini.
