1 Fine Mesh Strainer
1 Hand Juicer
1 Citrus Peeler

Ingredients

3/4 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz Aperol
3/4 oz Amaro Nonino
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1 Lemon Twist or Orange Twist for garnish

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with an orange or lemon peel.
