Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz Mezcal
  • 3/4 oz Aperol
  • 3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice

Instructions

  • Chill a cocktail coupe while you work (either by filling your glass with ice cubes or putting it in the freezer).
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and dilute.
  • Strain into the chilled coupe glass. 
  • Optional: Garnish with a lime wedge.
