A delicious riff on the Martini from our friends at Angel's Envy distillery, this refreshing bourbon cocktail is what happens when whiskey & wine mingle.

1 Mixing Glass
1 Standard Bar Spoons
1 Bell Jigger
1 Julep Strainer
1 Citrus Peeler for garnish

Ingredients

1 ounce Port-Finished Bourbon Angel's Envy
2 ounces Americano Style Blanc Vermouth
1/2 ounce Blanc Verjus

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
Stir for about 15-20 seconds to chill and dilute.
Strain into a Nick & Nora or coupe glass, and garnish with a lemon peel.
Optional: Add a spritz of atomized citrus salt and 4-5 drops of extra virgin olive oil.
