Instructions
Add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, and shake to chill and dilute.
Fine strain into a chilled champagne flute glass or coupe glass.
Top with sparkling wine/champagne.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
