Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Amaretto (Disaronno)
  • 1 oz Aged Rum
  • 1/2 oz Overproof White Rum
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Egg White 1 egg white
  • 1 Cocktail Cherry and/or Lemon Slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and dry shake, then add ice and shake again.
  • Express the lemon twist over the top to mask the egg white smell.
  • Garnish with lemon twist and brandied cherry.
