White Rum

Fresh Lime Juice

Cane Syrup

Soda Water
or enough to top
Instructions
Lightly muddle the mint in the bottom of your cocktail shaker.
Add rum, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Add ice and shake lightly.
Fine strain into a Collins glass with crushed ice.
Garnish with mint, lime-- or both.
