Rye Whiskey

oz
Apple Lambic Beer
4
drops
Rooibos Chai Tincture
Or 1 dash Angostura bitters
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a Collins glass and add ice.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with melon-balled apple, if desired.
