Harvest Apple Collins

This cocktail is a celebration of fall. From the spiced flavors of Rye whiskey to apple beer and Rooibos chai tea, all it needs is a fireplace and a good book!

1 Japanese Jigger
1 Standard Bar Spoons
1 Atomizer Set
1 Cocktail Straws
1 Pour Spout
1 Wine Opener optional opener
1 Bar Blade optional opener

Ingredients

1.5 oz Rye Whiskey
5 oz Apple Lambic Beer
4 drops Rooibos Chai Tincture Or 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a Collins glass and add ice.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with melon-balled apple, if desired.
