Ingredients

Bourbon

Mint

Peach Syrup

Dale DeGroff’s Pimento Bitters
Peach Syrup Ingredients

Peach
1
cup
Sugar
Equal weight to the peach
Instructions
Muddle mint leaves in a julep cup.
Add all other ingredients.
Add crushed ice (to fill the cup).
Stir until a frost forms on the outside of the julep cup.
Add more crushed ice to finish the cocktail.
Garnish with fresh mint.
Peach syrup Instructions
Chop peach into 1” pieces and remove the pit.
Add sugar and stir well.
Macerate for 2-4 hours.
Strain and chill.
