Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Fine-strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
Garnish with fresh apple slices bathed in freshly grated cinnamon.
Honey Syrup
Combine water and honey.
Heat for 15 seconds in the microwave.
Stir until honey has completely dissolved.
