This “local” cocktail is a take on a Gold Rush, and uses local rye whiskey, honey from our neighbor, and celery from our own back yard!

Cocktail Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Rye Whiskey Sonoma Distilling Company
  • 0.5 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz Honey Syrup
  • 2 dashes Celery Bitters
  • 1 sprig Celery For garnish

Honey Syrup Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Honey
  • 0.5 oz Water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake well for 10-15 seconds.
  • Strain into a bucket glass.
  • Add fresh ice and celery sprig garnish.

Honey Syrup Ingredients

  • Mix warm water and honey until well incorporated.
