The Final Ward
This may be one of the most famous cocktail variations – Phil Ward’s “The Final Ward” cocktail, a take on The Last Word.

- 1 Fine Mesh Strainer optional
- 1 Cocktail Picks optional, for garnish
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Rye Whiskey Sonoma Distilling Company
- 3/4 oz Green Chartreuse Green Chartreuse
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Maraschino Luxardo
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass.
- (Optional) Garnish with Maraschino cherries.
