This is a variation of the Mojito that really makes Sotol shine.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Agave Nectar
  • 2 oz Silver (Unaged) Sotol Hacienda de Chihuahua
  • 2-4 oz Soda Water
  • 5-10 leaves Fresh Sage

Instructions

  • Add lime juice and sage leaves to a cocktail shaker.
  • Muddle gently.
  • Add the remainder of the ingredients (except the soda water) and shake.
  • Dump into a Collins glass with crushed ice and top with soda water.
