- 1 oz Brandy or Cognac Courvoisier VSOP
- .75 oz Hibiscus Shrub The Perfect Puree of Napa Valley
- Top Soda Water
Sweet Hibiscus Shrub Ingredients
- 1 cup Sweet Hibiscus Blend From The Perfect Puree of Napa Valley
- 4 oz Datu Puti Vinegar
- 3 oz Agave Nectar
- 1/8 tsp Clove Tincture
- 2 tsp Ginger Juice
- 1/4 tsp Angostura Bitters
Instructions
Cocktail Instructions
- Add brandy, Amaretto liqueur, and shrub to Collins or highball glass; give a quick stir.
- Add ice.
- Top with soda.
- Give one final stir.
Sweet Hibiscus Shrub Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Stir.
- Store in a sealed glass container.
