Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz Gin We used Tanqueray
  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.25 oz Cane Syrup
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters Fee brothers Barrel Aged
  • 4 oz Pear Cider Samuel Smiths

Instructions

  • Add gin, cane syrup, lime juice, and bitters to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake to chill and dilute.
  • Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice.
  • Top with pear cider.
  • Give it a quick stir.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel.
