Pear Abomination

  • 1.25 oz Gin (We used Tanqueray)
  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.25 oz Cane Syrup
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters (Fee brothers Barrel Aged)
  • 4 oz Pear Cider (Samuel Smiths)


  • Add gin, cane syrup, lime juice and bitters to a shaker with ice
  • Shake to chill and dilute
  • Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice
  • Top with pear cider
  • Give it a quick stir
  • Garnish with a lime wheel
