Instructions
Cocktail Instructions
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Double-strain into a coupe glass over a single cube of ice.
Vanilla Syrup Instructions
Put into a large vacuum bag and add vanilla pods.
Vacuum seal the bag and put in a sous vide at 65 degrees celcius.
Heat in sous vide for 4 hours or until the sugar dissolves.
