Ingredients

Cocktail Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Bacardi 8 Year
  • 1 oz Greek Yogurt, (5% fat)
  • .75 oz Vanilla Syrup
  • .25 oz Lemon Juice
  • .25 oz Yellow Chartreuse

Vanilla Syrup Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp White Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 2 ea Vanilla Pods Cut open, lengthwise

Instructions

Cocktail Instructions

  • Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Double-strain into a coupe glass over a single cube of ice.

Vanilla Syrup Instructions

  • Put into a large vacuum bag and add vanilla pods.
  • Vacuum seal the bag and put in a sous vide at 65 degrees celcius.
  • Heat in sous vide for 4 hours or until the sugar dissolves.
