Ingredients

  • .75 oz Cointreau
  • 1.0 oz Sotol
  • .75 oz Salers Gentian Liqueur
  • 1 dash Celery Bitters

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  • Add ice and stir to chill and dilute.
  • Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a peel.
