When made with Big Gin and Lucid Absinthe, this hair-of-the-dog drink is a perfect example of the classic recipe.

- 1 Atomizer Set optional
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Big Gin - London Dry Gin
- 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc - Aperitif Wine
- 3/4 oz Triple Sec
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Barspoon Lucid Absinthe Supérieure or "one dash" as Harry Craddock put it
Instructions
- Chill a coupette or martini glass.
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Double strain into the prepared glass.
- (Optional) Express the oil of an orange or lemon twist across the top of the cocktail and discard the peel.
