The Pomegranate Standby
This is my "standby" cocktail when folks ask for a tasty holiday drink.

Reduced Pomegranate Juice

Ginger and Rosemary Simple Syrup

Lime Juice

Nolet's Gin

Brachetto d'Acqui
Ginger and Rosemary Simple Syrup

Instructions
Prepare the Pomegranate Juice
Reduce Pomegranate juice by heating it on the stovetop to a light boil until it has reduced by half. Cool completely before using.
Ginger and Rosemary Simple Syrup
Add sugar and water to a saucepan and heat to just slightly boiling.
Simmer on a light boil for about 15 minutes.
Fine-strain and let cool completely.
The Cocktail:
Place the simple syrup, Pomegranate juice, lime juice and Nolet’s gin in a shaker. Add ice and shake.
Fine strain into a Collins glass & glass and top off with Brachetto d’Acqui.
Garnish with Pomegranate seeds and a sprig of Rosemary
