The "Grown Up" Cosmopolitan
This cocktail is just ever-so-slightly grown up Cosmopolitan, made with Gin and Pomegranate concentrate.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz London Dry Gin
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Pomegranate Concentrate
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with a lime wheel or wedge.
