Perfect Hibiscus Cocktail
This “perfect” cocktail is a delicious take on the classic Jack Rose. It’s delightfully floral, slightly tart, and very refreshing.

- 2 oz Anejo Tequila
- 1 oz The Perfect Puree of Napa Valley Sweet Hibiscus Blend
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake well
- Fine-strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a dried hibiscus petal, lime zest or both.
