Ingredients
- 2.5 oz Amontillado Sherry González Byass Viña AB
- 1 oz Triple Sec Cointreau
- 3 ea Cherry Tomato
- 1 dash Celery Bitters Bitter Truth
Instructions
- Muddle cherry tomatoes in base of the shaker.
- Add other ingredients, and fill up with ice.
- Roll it until chilled, and fine strain into a cobbler glass / wine glass or water goblet.
- Fill up with crushed ice.
- Garnish with an orange wedge, cherry tomato cut into half, celery stick, and stick of torched rosemary.
