Chilcano

It’s a slight variation of the traditional “Chilcano” recipe - adapted to reduce the carbonation and increase the ginger.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pisco Acholado
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • ~2 oz Ginger Ale

Instructions

  • Shake all ingredients (except ginger ale) in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Strain into a bucket glass over ice.
  • Top with ginger ale.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel.
