Ingredients
- 2 oz Jameson
- 3/4 oz Honey Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Egg Whites
- 3 spritz Green Absinthe
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker.
- Shake for 10-15 seconds.
- Double strain into a coupe glass.
- Use an atomizer and custom stencil to decorate the egg white foam (if desired).
