Cocktail Instructions
Rim a Collins glass with celery salt, and fill with ice.
Add remaining ingredients, and give it a quick stir with your bar spoon.
Garnish with a celery stick, olive, and lemon wedge.
Pepper-Infused Vodka Instructions
Pour off a little vodka and make yourself a cocktail.
Add the peppers to the bottle and store in a cool, dark place for a week, checking and tasting daily.
After a week or when the infusion is to your tastes, fine strain the vodka into a glass bottle and set aside.
Bloody Mary Mix Instructions
Combine all ingredients, and set aside in the fridge for a week/up to a month.
