Another classic from the Savoy Cocktail book, this one started out as a drink for 6, but we’ve pared it down to just one serving. (Which went fast, might I add!)
It’s the perfect cocktail for the last week of Daylight Savings’ Time: a brandy drink with the warm flavors of apple and ginger.
This one has it all: intense fruit flavor from the passionfruit, herbal notes from the absinthe, and a malty backbone from the genever.
